Terms and Conditions

Welcome to GoFare Cab & Tours. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

Payments should be handed over to driver after end of the trip

If paid Highway tolls/Parking tolls by the driver, the payments will be charged to the customer after end of the trip

For the overnight spending trips driver should be accommodated with suitable meals

For city round tours over 1 night, has 12Hrs of limit per day, and the Driver should be accommodated with suitable meals

2. Package & Ongoing trips

Package amendments are not allowed while the trip is ongoing

Package amendments should be made before the trip starts

Double-check and confirm that the given package details are according to your trip plan before the trip begins (If it’s not according to the package or vehicle, don’t start the trip)

Return trips must end at the starting point or starting city (If changes are made to the office before the trip starts or Lost mileage will be charged)

All trips must be completed by the scheduled end date and time.
If the trip exceeds the package duration, a maximum of 4 additional hours may be allowed only for reaching the destination or returning.
The vehicle must reach the final point within those 4 hours.


If the customer requires extra hours or additional days, they must obtain prior approval from KnowWay Cabs management before the scheduled end time.
Extensions without prior approval are strictly not permitted.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made before 24 hours before the trip starts. (Depending on journey types)

4. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to the driver and other passengers. Any form of abuse or harassment will not be tolerated.

5. Liability

GoFare Cab & Tours is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle. We are also not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
