Welcome to KnowWay Cab & Tours. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

Payments should hand over to driver after end of the trip

If paid Highway tolls/Parking tolls by the driver, The payments will be charges from the customer after end of the trip

For the over-night spending trips driver should be accomadated with suitable meals

For city round tours over 1 night has 12Hrs of limit per day, and Driver should be accommodated with suitable meals

2. Package & On going trips

Package amendments are not allowed while the trip is on going

Package amendments should be made before the trip starts

Double check and confirm the given package details are according to your trip plan

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made made before the 24 hours ro before the trip starts. (Depending on journey types)

4. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to the driver and other passengers. Any form of abuse or harassment will not be tolerated.

5. Liability

KnowWay Cab & Tours is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle. We are also not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
